As part of my Gold Award, I am proud to be making this website to help the young adults of today. Many students are heading off into adulthood without knowing necessary skills to survive in the real world. With Innovative Independence, I hope to give confidence to these students regarding their future.

Get to Know Me!
So as an overly stressed Junior in High School, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do for my Gold Award - or if I wanted to do that award at all. At the time, Computer Science was something I was interested in pursuing beyond High School (things do change with time). With Comp Sci in mind, I had to decide what I wanted to do with it. Then I realized how I'm going off to college soon, and there's so many things that I don't know how to do! Just like that, Innovative Independence was born!
